*PLEASE NOTE*
1:1 sessions are a pre-requisite to ascertain workability, gain clarity, and understanding to your vision.
$300 Appointment Fee covers 1:1 appointment, and is a non-refundable retainer. However, appointment fee will be applied to booked service(s) upon initiating service agreement.
Ex: Sally is seeking a $1,000 Food Service Startup Box. She books her pre-requisite appointment, and pays the $300 Appointment Fee. Sally then moves forward with executing a service agreement after following through with her project briefing.
- Once agreement is fully executed, Sally will only be invoiced for $700 which covers the remaining balance of total service cost.
POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Policies
All prospective clients must book 1:1 appointment, and conduct a pre-requisite discovery briefing. All bookings are final, and are subject to a $300.00 slot retainer fee which is non-refundable.
All clients are expected to adhere to chosen time slot for which they chose to book according to their schedule. Should GoToLady fails to adhere to booked services, $300 is fully refundable.
Terms
All promos are subject to specific service mentioned. All services booked are subject to a $300.00 slot retainer which is non-refundable. All masterclass events are first come, first reserved, and are always limited to 30 individuals. Should you book a masterclass session, and are not able to attend scheduled class, 50% of fee will be refundable. You may apply the remaining 50% toward a future masterclass session.
Conditions
All client are asked to share their GoToExperience via our website, Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and any other social media platform to their liking.
