  • Provide customer service of inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service requests from client’s customers and/or client account representatives for assistance with items such as: 

                   –a vehicle that won’t start

                   –flat tire(s)

                   –keys locked inside a car

                   –vehicle out of gas

                   –vehicle in an accident

  • Place outbound calls to list of client’s service providers to secure appropriate towing assistance to resolve the customer’s needs
  • Possible outbound calls to client, client’s customers and/or client account representatives for status and clarification purposes.
  • Transfer inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.
  • Outbound coordination to client’s service providers & possible follow up calls for clarification and/or additional calls for secondary services.
  • Probe to identify the need of the customer based on vehicle inoperable situation.
  • Identify the customer’s location using Google Maps and other client tools.
  • Provide policy coverage details based on the specific client program.
  • Secure a Service Provider to assist the customer, based on the parameters of the policy’s program.
  • Provide status updates to customers calling after the initial request for assistance was processed.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Home Office must have a professional work environment away from ambient noise
  • High speed internet connection required with Ethernet cord to accompany computer (speeds 75+ download & 10+ upload minimum, WiFi internet will not work with client applications)
  • Phone accessible for assistance
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Strong grammatical and oral skills to communicate with consumers in a professional manner
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to strive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • General PC knowledge
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekend

Yes, We require a high standard of integrity. Any persons that have been convicted of or pled guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges will not be approved as an agent. There is a one-time fee of $9.99


Yes.   We are currently partnered with several work from home platforms. As a CSP (customer service professional) you will have access to work for some of the best companies offering opportunities.


Unfortunately, there are no benefits such as medical, dental, vacation, etc. You will be an independent contractor NOT an employee. Therefore, any coverages needed will be the responsibility of the agent.


Unfortunately no, our agents are independent contractors, not W-2 employees. Agents must complete a Client certification, not "training." However, once you complete 50% of the course, you will be able to start taking calls which allows agents to generate income.


As an Independent Contractor, you are also responsible for any operating fees such as landline phone, internet service, and equipment required to service. There is a servicing fee of $44.75 deducted per pay for technical, tools/resources and servicing fees.


Yes, because you will be a contractor, you will be required to pay a registration fee for any client you choose. That cost can range from $14-$149.00.


The pay rate can vary depending on the client you choose to work. Current agents are taking home incomes of $9.00-$14.00 per hour as a base rate. There is no limit to how much you can make. You select the number of hours you want, the more you work, the more you make.


No, taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly pay. Because you are an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099 form in place of a standard W-2 for tax purposes every year.
