Yes, We require a high standard of integrity. Any persons that have been convicted of or pled guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges will not be approved as an agent. There is a one-time fee of $9.99
Yes. We are currently partnered with several work from home platforms. As a CSP (customer service professional) you will have access to work for some of the best companies offering opportunities.
Unfortunately, there are no benefits such as medical, dental, vacation, etc. You will be an independent contractor NOT an employee. Therefore, any coverages needed will be the responsibility of the agent.
Unfortunately no, our agents are independent contractors, not W-2 employees. Agents must complete a Client certification, not "training." However, once you complete 50% of the course, you will be able to start taking calls which allows agents to generate income.
As an Independent Contractor, you are also responsible for any operating fees such as landline phone, internet service, and equipment required to service. There is a servicing fee of $44.75 deducted per pay for technical, tools/resources and servicing fees.
Yes, because you will be a contractor, you will be required to pay a registration fee for any client you choose. That cost can range from $14-$149.00.
The pay rate can vary depending on the client you choose to work. Current agents are taking home incomes of $9.00-$14.00 per hour as a base rate. There is no limit to how much you can make. You select the number of hours you want, the more you work, the more you make.
No, taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly pay. Because you are an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099 form in place of a standard W-2 for tax purposes every year.
